Target Optical in the United States is seeking an Associate Optometrist (OD) for a part‑time role. You will deliver high-quality eye and vision care, diagnose and treat eye conditions, and collaborate with store teammates to support the brand promise and patient experience.

The position emphasizes leadership within the practice, adherence to clinical protocols, and using available technology to optimize outcomes, while contributing to growth and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication skills – verbal & listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to your patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to deliver unsurpassed patient experiences.
• Lead and collaborate with store/practice team to support growth and brand standards.
• Maintain office quality systems and KPI performance.
