Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Associate Optometrist (OD) to provide high-quality eye and vision care as a primary health provider. You will diagnose, treat and manage diseases of the visual system, while leading a team and upholding brand standards.

In this full-time role, expect collaboration with store teams and leadership to deliver exceptional patient experiences and grow the practice, all while applying the latest optometric technology and adhering to clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school or college of optometry.
• Licensed to practice optometry in the practice state.
• DPA and TPA certification.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and best practices.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Conduct services per clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Leverage technology to deliver unsurpassed patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and leadership to promote a safe and motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Lead and train team members using company programs.
• Strive to exceed KPIs and performance expectations.
