Job summary

Target Optical in Centerville, UT is seeking an Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye and vision care and manage patients’ health. You will diagnose, treat and counsel patients using the latest optometric technology.

As a key leader in the practice, you will collaborate with the store team, follow clinical protocols, and strive to meet KPI targets while delivering an outstanding brand experience in the EssilorLuxottica network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize and effectively leverage all available technology to deliver unsurpassed patient and customer experiences.
• Lead and collaborate with store/practice teams to support growth and brand standards.
