EssilorLuxottica's Target Optical unit seeks an Associate Optometrist in Portland, TX, to deliver high-quality eye care within a busy practice. You will examine, diagnose, treat and manage diseases of the visual system, while building strong doctor-patient relationships and delivering exceptional service.

You will work with the store team to uphold clinical protocols, leverage technology, and contribute to patient experience and brand growth across the local community.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state where you will work.
• DPA and TPA certification required.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Conduct services per clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Leverage technology to enhance patient experiences.

• Maintain office quality systems.
• Lead and mentor team members with training and guidance.
