Sanford Health in Beaver Dam, WI seeks an Ophthalmic Assistant to support providers with patient screening, examinations and procedures. You will collect subjective and objective ophthalmic data and relay it to the doctor, assisting with care as needed.
Hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, four days per week (32 hours). A High School diploma is preferred; training will be provided and Basic Life Support certification is required.

High School graduate is preferred. Will provide training and education for required skills.
Previous health care experience or training in ophthalmology, optometry, and/or optical office preferred. Basic Life Support Certification required.
