Job Description:

  1. Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to finalize project plan presentations.
  2. Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to establish timelines, deadlines, coordinate, and schedule meetings.
  3. Organize, track, and maintain project and program documentation.
  4. Participate in project/program meetings as requested.
  5. Assist in the preparation of materials to support program meetings.
  6. Assist with processing staff expense reports and adjudicate issues.
  7. Assist with special projects and tasks from functional areas that support the S&AS Business Area.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline (Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.), Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, involving complex and varying problems.
  4. Willingness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Effective time management skills.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Self-starter attitude and ability to take initiative.
