    Position Opportunity
    The Associate Operations Coordinator (AOC) is responsible for a broad range of administrative support for business and process functions to create and maintain efficiency within the location.

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities

    • Perform administrative duties for locations operational needs
    • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail and freight
    • Receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
    • Monitor supply stock of uniforms, Safety & Office equipment, and chemicals
    • Assist with cost effective travel arrangements and scheduling
    • Keep per diem log updated
    • Review and correct timesheets for non-exempt personnel
    • Accountable for tracking or maintaining department specific information in databases or systems
    • May assist in coordinating technical training
    • May support cross departmental functions
    • Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to direct manager
    • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company
    • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
    • All other duties as assigned by direct management

    Qualifications

    Education/Training/Certifications: Must have a high school diploma and 2 years of job-related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Related Experience: Ability to read and comprehend instructions with little direction. One year of demonstrated professional telephone etiquette for small to mid-size company. Previous experience creating, tracking, and expediting purchase orders highly desirable.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide basic numbers
    • Perform these functions using units, American money and weight measurement, volume and distance
    • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Great organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task
