FANUC America Corporation is seeking an Associate Field Service Engineer to diagnose, repair, and maintain FANUC robots and related equipment at customer sites. The role requires up to ~80% travel and may involve long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED with robotics experience and familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the U.S. and Canada are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required with robotics repair experience.
• Experience or education in robotics integration, installation, or service repairs.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic prints and docs.
• Read PLC ladder logic and interpret related schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to service area.

Responsabilidades

• Discuss, diagnose, and repair robot problems as reported by customer or hotline.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robot units and controllers.
• Document performance and failure modes for troubleshooting and repair.
• Provide daily status reports to Service Supervisor/Dispatch.
• Complete field service reports detailing problem, action, and costs.
