Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of OnBase development or related role.
• Familiarity with OnBase Workflow/WorkView/Unity Client a plus.
• Basic SQL knowledge and SDLC/Agile exposure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, development, and maintenance of OnBase solutions.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and IT team under guidance.
• Support configuration of workflows, document types, forms, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot OnBase issues and escalate as needed.
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
• Execute test plans and support QA.
• Document configurations, workflows, and procedures.
• Provide basic end-user support and training.
