Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Nursing required; doctoral degree preferred.
  • Three years of recent clinical experience; RN licensure.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to interpret learning needs of students and align them with clinical placements; capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee program administration with regulatory and accreditation alignment.
  • Monitor student outcomes: completion, retention, and satisfaction; collaborate with committees to support student success.
  • Manage admissions, readmissions, and student advising; resolve issues with faculty and staff.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and mentoring of faculty and staff; provide leadership under the Program Director or Dean.
  • Review curriculum regularly with faculty; coordinate exams and scheduling; ensure quality of instruction and NCLEX readiness.
  • Participate in governance and committee work; communicate needs and issues to leadership; perform other duties as assigned.
