Job summary

24 Hour Home Care, part of TEAM Services Group, seeks an Associate Modern Workplace Engineer to support daily administration, maintenance, and optimization of the modern workplace tech stack, including Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD, ensuring secure, productive employee experiences at our El Segundo office.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Modern Workplace Engineering, you will assist with device provisioning, policy deployment, mailbox management, and runbooks, collaborating with IT to

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a modern workplace technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, security groups, distribution lists, and access permissions within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Microsoft 365.
• Support Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot operations, including device provisioning, configuration profiles, application deployments, compliance policies, patching, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Assist with Exchange Online administration, including mailbox management, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail flow troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Defender, identity platforms, and managed endpoints.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks while collaborating with senior engineers on security compliance, platform standardization, and process improvements.
