This team enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers, serving Amazon Internal Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams by providing real-time & offline (image/video) data auditing services. A key contribution is supporting fulfillment centers in maintaining inventory accuracy.

An Associate in this role reviews videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers, understands the content thoroughly, and uses human judgment combined with tools to identify activities captured in the videos. They verify or mark product locations accurately, helping maintain stow quality. This operational role involves performing precise video/image audits with high accuracy and speed under supervision, aiding defect reduction.

Key job responsibilities

• Watch several hundred videos per shift, providing responses based on accuracy, speed, and accepted practices.
• Maintain a dedicated workspace when working from home, ensuring data security and proper setup.
• Adhere to scheduled breaks and work 6.8 to 7 hours daily.

Candidate requirements

• Willingness to work in a non-tech role for a 6-month contract.
• Ability to audit image/video/text-based jobs and identify details in blurry videos.
• Focus on quality and productivity targets.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with consistent performance.

A day in the life

Associates work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, including nights, with scheduled breaks. Shift timings may change periodically. Night shift allowances are provided as per policy. Weekly offs are rotational and may vary.

About the team

The Data Auditing Operations team supports Amazon Fulfillment facilities by enabling hands-free active stowing through visual audits of short videos (15-20 seconds). These videos are reviewed thoroughly to ensure quality and improve automated processes, contributing to maintaining stow quality at fulfillment centers.
