Job description

Manage the full life cycle of jewelry product development by applying advanced knowledge of material sourcing, costing, and production logistics to maintain brand standards and commercial viability.

Direct global stock allocation strategies by analyzing regional sales trends and client demand, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized across all New York physical and e-commerce locations.

Execute high-value merchandise transfers for private appointments, and exhibition events, balancing inventory needs with visual merchandising goals.

Apply quantitative retail math to conduct weekly financial reviews, identifying profitability drivers and adjusting assortments to hit seasonal revenue targets.

Coordinate the supply chain as the primary contact for overseas factories, overseeing sample development, quality control, and production milestones.

Synthesize market trend research and historical sales data to develop high-level assortment strategies that resonate with the brand’s luxury identity.

Perform complex financial modeling to evaluate production costs, pricing strategies, and markdown plans, ensuring that all jewelry collections maintain required profit margins and competitive market positioning.

Utilize specialized ERP and PLM software to maintain SKU integrity, overseeing the architecture of product data, pricing, and global production records to ensure 100% operational accuracy.

Develop professional line sheets, spec sheets, and cost-analysis reports, utilizing technical design knowledge to ensure that all internal and external sales materials are accurate and commercially persuasive.
