Overview

Premier Brands Group Holdings is seeking a Merchandising Assistant for Wholesale Jewelry. The role supports the Merchandiser in implementing and executing seasonal business strategies that meet or exceed financial goals. The position involves daily activities that support merchandising strategies and the creation of a compelling product presentation to inspire customers, while partnering with cross-functional teams and brand counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain all samples for markets, accounts, PR, advertising and archives.
• Ensure internal information is correct and on time for line plans, order forms, line books, and SAP maintenance.
• Update and maintain brand account systems and style setup files.
• Analyze selling on a continuous basis and report findings to the team and management.
• Understand product flow and execute lines to positive, meaningful flow at retail across various scenarios.
• Merchandise and maintain a compelling showroom for accounts.
• Maintain awareness of fashion trends and jewelry competition.
• Demonstrate knowledge of social media.
• Understand line plans, product plans, and the overall merchandising process from market to market.
• Consider environmental factors related to brand performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Design, PD, Production) and Sales to manage relationships and outcomes.
• Work effectively with internal and external teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Financial acumen and understanding of building a line in relation to the brand's OTB.
• Problem-solving and mitigation to prevent negative consequences.
• Ability to build lines and assess competition in the environment.
• Identify best and worst sellers and respond to future development accordingly.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr. Actual base salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
