Convivio Health in Renton, WA is seeking an Associate Mental Health Provider (LSWAIC, LMFTA, LMHCA) to deliver brief, solution-focused therapy to adults in industrial rehabilitation programs under supervision. This role offers growth, cultural sensitivity, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include intake, treatment planning, group sessions, progress documentation, and case conferences.

Formación

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Active WA associate credential (LMHCA/LMFTA/LSWAIC) in good standing.
• Clinical experience via employment, internship, or supervised practice.
• Ability to provide individual and group interventions under supervision.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake, progress, and discharge evaluations and document findings.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans focused on recovery goals.
• Lead group therapy sessions to promote peer support and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team for integrated care.
• Document progress in compliance with standards.
• Participate in case conferences and adjust care plans as needed.
• Identify psychological factors impacting rehabilitation within short-term framework.
