Included Health seeks a Psychiatry Operations leader to support day-to-day clinical operations and performance management for psychiatrists, driving quality improvement and care-delivery innovations across the network.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with at least 5 years post-residency clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience with virtual care platform and 2 years leadership preferred.
• Licensed provider in good standing, self-motivated, and excellent communicator.

• Base salary range $235,000-$300,000 plus bonus and equity.
