Job Description

Are you skilled at conveying complex scientific concepts with clarity and impact? Do you excel in developing compelling content and building client relationships? If so, this role might be perfect for you.

In this position, you will be responsible for creating high-quality scientific communications and educational materials, including:

1. Developing scientific educational content such as slide decks, advisory boards, scientific platforms, and publications (posters, manuscripts).
2. Conducting background research and sourcing information.
3. Collaborating with clients and teams to align content with strategic objectives.
4. Ensuring content accuracy and impactful visualization.
5. Annotating content with references and preparing materials for legal and regulatory review.
6. Managing stakeholder feedback and updating content accordingly.
7. Tracking deadlines and collaborating with account teams.
8. Gaining expertise across multiple disease areas, with experience in oncology, ophthalmology, or immunology as a plus.
9. Staying current with clinical trial data and treatment trends.
10. Prioritizing and organizing workload, mentoring junior team members, and building client relationships.
11. Participating in client meetings and possibly traveling for on-site visits or conferences.

Qualifications

• PhD, MD, or PharmD.
• 2-3 years of experience in pharma or medical communication agencies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple tasks.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Prism GraphPad.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, with additional performance-based incentives possible. We offer comprehensive health benefits, 401k matching, flexible PTO, and support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
