Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to aircraft sustainment challenges.
• Perform static analysis and evaluate Durability and Damage Tolerance using Finite Element Analysis.
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities decisively.
• Collaborate effectively within multi-functional teams.
• Communicate engineering rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences through written and verbal means.
• Work in aircraft hangar and manufacturing environments; access confined aircraft spaces with appropriate safety gear.
• Support flexible work schedules as mission requirements dictate.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
