This role offers hands-on experience across materials, electrochemistry, and manufacturing quality. You will contribute to teardown and testing, document results, help maintain FMEA and data dashboards, and assist with safety and supplier quality investigations as the FA program grows.
The Associate Materials Failure Analysis Engineer will support the incoming materials quality program root-cause investigations into battery failures, working under the guidance of more senior engineers. This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer to build hands‑on experience in materials, electrochemistry, failure analysis techniques, and manufacturing quality.
