Job summary

ProAmpac in Mobile, AL seeks a Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. Safely operate lift and clamp trucks, load/unload, and move materials to staging and production areas.

You will validate BOMs for shipments, scan and store goods, and maintain organization across the warehouse. Requires a high school diploma or GED, fitness for a drug screen, and availability for 2nd or 3rd shifts in a climate-controlled indoor environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work second or third shifts.
• Stable work history (2 years of manufacturing experience preferred).
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and fuels Lift and Clamp Trucks
• Validates Bill of Materials for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Loads and unloads Trailers, Containers and Rail Cars
• Warehouses incoming goods
• Stages Production Materials
• Transfers Finished Goods from Production area to Staging area
• Scans Finished Goods into Warehouse locations
• Scans and stages outgoing Shipments
• Transfers Baled Waste from Baler to Warehouse
• Maintains Warehouse order
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Inspects and fuels Lift and Clamp Trucks
• Validates Bill of Materials for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Loads and unloads Trailers, Containers and Rail Cars
• Warehouses incoming goods
• Stages Production Materials (Paper, Baler Bags, Paste, Boxes, Pallets, etc.)
• Transfers Finished Goods from Production area to Staging area
• Scans Finished Goods into Warehouse locations
• Scans and stages outgoing Shipments
• Transfers Baled Waste from Baler to Warehouse
• Maintains Warehouse order
