Associate Marketing Manager Non-Alc Shopper Marketing is part of the MCBC Non-Alc Marketing Activation Team. The role is accountable for leading the development, communication, and evaluation of brand-specific programing and channel-specific solutions. These solutions must be rooted in brand, consumer, and channel insights and should be easy to execute for our sales, distributor, and retail partners. Importantly, these solutions must drive value and sales for our customers, our distributors, and our company.

Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings: $92,100.00-$120,900.00(posting salary range) +10%target short term incentive+$23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
