The Opportunity
The Associate Manufacturing Engineer or Associate Quality Engineer serves as a key engineering resource supporting manufacturing operations. This role collaborates closely with Supervisors, Engineers, and Operators to drive continuous improvement initiatives, resolve technical challenges, and support operational excellence. The incumbent is responsible for contributing to quality, safety, compliance, productivity, and process performance objectives while acting as an engineering representative within the manufacturing environment. The role may also include sustaining engineering responsibilities to support the long-term effectiveness of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
Required Qualifications
The base pay for this position is $13.18 – $25.02 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
