Responsibilities

• Assist in leading production activities, including assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging to meet specifications, schedules, targets, and quality standards.
• Communicate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, and other departments to develop production schedules and allocate resources.
• Assist in planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance efficiency and downtime to minimize disruptions.
• Lead or participate in quality investigations and deliver continuous improvement including investigative and technical writing.
• Lead Continuous Improvement Projects to enhance products, services, efficiency, or cost using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Ensure a safe work environment.

• Assist in leading production activities, including assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
• Communicate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, and other departments to develop production schedules and allocate labor/capital resources.
• Assist in planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance efficiency and downtime to minimize disruptions.
• Lead or participate in quality investigations and deliver continuous improvement including investigative and technical writing.
• Lead Continuous Improvement Projects in an effort to enhance products, services, efficiency, cost for improvement through methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen.
• Assure a safe work environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +9 yrs; Assoc.+5 yrs; M.S.)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 1 Years of Relevant Experience
• 6 Months of Demonstrated Leadership
• Location: Onsite, Fort Worth, TX
