Job summary

Universal D X, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer to support hands-on manufacturing and functional QC in our new US operations.

This onsite role emphasizes accuracy, traceability, and compliance in a regulated diagnostics manufacturing setting. You will perform routine manufacturing tasks, complete batch records, prepare reagents, and maintain equipment and material readiness while growing cross-training across processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; internship or academic labs may count.
• 0–3 years of manufacturing or QC experience; internship accepted.
• Experience with documentation, batch records, and compliant recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine Manufacturing and FQC operations per procedures.
• Perform sample prep, testing, reagent prep, aliquoting.
• Complete batch records and worksheets accurately.
• Set up equipment, workstations, and materials.
• Verify materials and consumables before use.
• Maintain traceability of samples and materials.
• Identify and escalate deviations or equipment issues.
• Support inventory and overall manufacturing readiness.
• Maintain qualifications and cross-training across processes.
• Operate and maintain lab and manufacturing equipment per schedules.
• Follow biosafety, chemical safety, GDP, GMP, and QMS.
• Communicate task status and work in a respectful team environment.
