Job summary

LGC Clinical Diagnostics is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I to apply direct labor for manufacturing high-quality diagnostic products using manual and semi-automated equipment. You will set up, calibrate, and operate all manufacturing equipment per cGMP, POPs, SOPs, safety and quality systems.

The role requires the ability to work on a cleanroom manufacturing floor, with potential weekend/off-hours as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic mathematical skills are required.
Ability to stand for 6–10 hours per day.
Analytical and critical thinking skills are required.
1–3 years in Life Science GMP/ISO environment preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare products according to POP, SOP, cGMP, and ISO 13485 quality systems.
Perform manufacturing processes adhering to safety policies to minimize error.
Maintain a clean, orderly work area and promote teamwork; share improvement ideas.
Support other departments for cross-training and assist the business unit.
Occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment.
Role may include other tasks as directed by the manager.
