Job summary

Florida Turbine Technologies (FTT) in Jupiter, FL is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Associate Engineer with 2–5 years in turbomachinery or similar engines. The role offers growth toward technical expert or IPT Lead, working across IPTs and suppliers to drive manufacturing excellence.

You will coordinate BoMs, interface with QA, purchasing, and design, and manage schedules and non-conformances, building strong cross-functional partnerships for successful program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of engine experience (turbomachinery, automotive, jet engines) or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Bills of Materials (BoMs) and manage manufacturing activities.
• Interface with Quality Engineering to ensure conformity and disposition non-conforming material.
• Serve as interface between purchasing, design, manufacturing, and quality.
• Set and execute project schedules, provide weekly status, and resolve non-conformances.
• Interact with suppliers and document lessons learned for design-for-manufacturing.
• Other duties as assigned.
