L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Manufacturing Engineer in Amityville, NY. You will implement manufacturing plans, design and transfer tools, and develop strategies for new and existing products.

You will work with cross-functional IPTs, estimate costs, and help establish labor standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and relevant CAD/LEAN skills are preferred.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Eligible for placement within 12 months of graduation or after graduation.
• Strong foundational knowledge in manufacturing and engineering tools.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects.
• Design, develop, and transfer manufacturing tools, strategies, and systems.
• Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes.
• Coordinate product releases with engineering and IPTs.
• Estimate manufacturing costs and determine time standards for tooling.
• Maintain records and reports to coordinate manufacturing operations.

Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt

Statistical software (Minitab/JMP)

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/ Chemical or Industrial Engineering
