Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0–1 year of experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interface/communicate with multiple levels of leadership, Engineering, and Production.
• Ability to work extended periods at a workstation.
• Willingness to travel at least 10%.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance and Program Special access.

Responsibilities

• Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Performs activities in cross-functional areas including production planning & control, quality, systems, and process improvement.
• Provide training and interact with customers regarding product planning and problem resolution.
• Monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts with validated cost-schedule control systems.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and assist with financial analyses.
• Assist with hiring initiatives and staff engagement support.
