The Role

The Associate Manager of Retail Training and Communications for HOKA North America leads training and communication initiatives across our retail teams. This involves adapting global resources for regional relevance, supporting operational compliance, and acting as the key liaison between corporate and retail teams to foster a positive, collaborative environment. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to refine programs that align with business needs, cultivating trust and accountability within the HOKA brand.

Your Impact

The primary responsibilities include:

• Partnering with stakeholders to develop impactful communication and training programs, continuously improving based on field feedback.
• Leading communication strategies to enhance engagement and ensure consistency across teams.
• Representing retail teams' voice, supporting brand standards and customer service excellence.
• Implementing and adapting training programs to regional needs, creating regional-specific materials as needed.
• Monitoring employee engagement scores and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Fostering a culture of high-level customer service through cross-functional collaboration and soft skills training.
• Supporting the rollout of new initiatives with clear, accessible training materials.
• Planning and leading regional retail conferences, both in-person and virtual, gathering input on key focus areas.
