Location: US Remote (approved states listed)

The Role

The Associate Manager of Retail Training and Communications for HOKA North America leads all training and communication initiatives for our retail teams across the region. This role involves adapting global resources to regional needs, supporting operational compliance, and acting as a liaison between the corporate office and retail teams. You will embody our values, foster collaboration, and continuously refine programs to align with business needs, cultivating trust and accountability within the HOKA brand.

Your Impact

• Partner cross-functionally to develop impactful communication and training programs, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Lead the development and execution of communication strategies to enhance engagement and ensure consistency across teams.
• Act as the voice of the retail field, advocating for teams and supporting brand standards.
• Implement and adapt training content to regional relevance, supporting operational excellence.
• Monitor employee engagement scores and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a culture of high customer service through soft skills training.
• Support program rollout and ensure training materials are accessible.
• Lead regional retail conferences, both in-person and virtual, gathering input on key initiatives.

Preferred Experience

• 3-5 years in retail training, communications, or operations, preferably in footwear, apparel, or sporting goods.
• Experience in developing multimedia training content and leading virtual or in-person events.
