• Lead systems and hardware requirements definition, development, and traceability throughout product lifecycle
• Establish algorithm development methodologies and oversee verification, validation, and performance characterization
• Lead system modeling and simulation activities to support design decisions and architecture trade-offs
• Define hardware-software integration strategies and manage integration planning and issue resolution
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of Systems Engineers as Agile Product Owner

Requirements

• Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science
• 8+ years experience as Systems, Integration, Hardware, Software, Mechanical, or Biomedical engineer
• 3+ years systems engineering experience in medical device companies
• Experience developing signal-processing, control, imaging, or optimization algorithms
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62304, IEC 60601, ISO 14971, and design controls
• Proficiency with modeling, simulation environments, and requirements management tools
• Experience in Agile product development and translating clinical needs into quantitative requirements
