Qualifications

• Requires 4–7 years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year in leadership roles.
• Experience leading software teams in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, IV&V, configuration management, and secure software practices.
• Experience with Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and issue tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers with regular feedback and career mentoring.
