Job summary

Compunnel Inc. is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, draft disclosures for 10-K/10-Q, and develop technical accounting memoranda with supporting work papers.

You will ensure accurate financial statement tie-outs, coordinate with Finance, Legal, and external auditors, and support SOX controls and quarterly/yearly reporting cycles. Strong automation and reporting tools experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and apply U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements to complex transactions.
• Prepare disclosures and footnotes for Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
• Develop technical accounting memoranda and supporting work papers.
• Perform financial statement tie-outs and ensure accuracy across SEC filings.
