Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Manager of Pipeline Analytics and Operations to support data analysis and operational processes that drive business objectives. You will help improve efficiency by leveraging data, generating insights, and shaping planning across the pipeline.

The role requires coordinating strategic projects, managing schedules and resources, building clear data visuals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or business discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and represent sound strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-cultural teamwork.
• Experience with or knowledge of the drug development process preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot is preferred.
• Project management and business operations tools proficiency.
• Database querying experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct essential data analysis to extract insights for pipeline decisions and prepare summaries for senior management.
• Create visual reports and dashboards to communicate data insights and performance metrics clearly.
• Provide foundational data management support and data quality improvement.
• Coordinate strategic projects, track progress, and manage schedules and resources.
• Identify straightforward process improvements and help deploy supporting tools.
• Drive routine and ad hoc reports to support project tracking and decision making.
• Maintain clear communication among project teams and prepare meeting materials.
• Assist in resource management and predictive modeling inputs for optimization.
