Eva NYC in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer to own the end-to-end packaging development lifecycle from concept to commercialization. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timelines, quality, and innovation while navigating a fast-growing beauty environment.
The role demands a Bachelor's in Packaging Engineering or related field, 4+ years in packaging development, and hands-on testing of materials, formats, and transit performance.

Own the end-to-end packaging development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization. This role requires a technically strong and detail-oriented engineer with experience in beauty or personal care who can manage timelines, ensure quality, and drive innovation. Startup experience is highly preferred. You will serve as the key point of contact across internal teams and external vendors for all packaging development communications.
Location: Brooklyn, NY (2 days a week onsite)
Salary: up to $110,000 + bonus
