Job summary

J.Crew Group is seeking an Associate Manager to join our leadership team in Gilbert. You will work with the Store Director to maximize profitability while cultivating strong connections with customers and the community.

You will own a division such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, or Service & Selling, supervise store operations, and coach teammates to deliver outstanding service. Flexibility to cover various sales floor roles is essential.

• Have 3+ years of full-time retail management experience.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of bending, reaching, lifting 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Job Summary

As an Associate Manager, you are a key member of the leadership team. You'll provide immediate feedback and coaching to maximize team performance. While you will own a key area of the business, you will also be expected to step into other roles to maintain operational excellence.

• Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed.

Hourly Range: $26.25 - $32.85
