The Role

The Associate Manager, NA Paid Media, drives omni-channel marketing initiatives focusing on Deckers’ Fashion Lifestyle Brands in North America. Responsibilities include end-to-end prospecting media campaign execution and measurement.

Your Impact

• Execute omni-channel media plans across North America in partnership with our media agency.
• Support the development of annual digital and traditional media plans.
• Manage reporting and analytics to inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align media plans with business goals.
• Create briefs for campaigns, product launches, and partnerships.

Who You Are

Excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver with:

• Bachelor’s in business, marketing, advertising, or economics.
• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Media experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of reporting and analytics experience.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Highly analytical, metrics-driven, and influential.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with agencies or clients, and familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Tableau, and SaaS platforms like seoClarity.
