About the Team

DoorDash is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate Manager to support the growth of our DashPass subscription service. DashPass is our fastest-growing and top-priority area, influencing key aspects of the subscriber experience, generating insights, and testing new products. Our goal is to build the world’s most valuable subscription product to attract and retain loyal customers.

About the Role

The Strategy & Operations Associate Manager, DashPass, is for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and executing strategies. You will lead the development and implementation of growth and quality initiatives, such as launching new projects, refining experiments to improve retention, analyzing data to explain market performance, and translating insights into actionable tests.

Ideal candidates are motivated, analytical, creative, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. We operate in a hybrid model, offering flexible in-office and remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities include:

1. Strategize - Develop support strategies for DashPass.
2. Collaborate - Work with cross-functional teams to build and scale initiatives.
3. Influence - Partner with teams like Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Design to implement ideas.
4. Experiment - Conduct data-driven tests to improve support and retention.
5. Build - Create new products and launch plans from the ground up.
