Jobgether SRL is seeking an Associate Manager to support Canadian Market Access & Pricing projects, taking increasing ownership of defined workstreams, client deliverables, and team development activities.

You will support submissions to CADTH, INESSS, PMPRB, provincial agencies and private payers, synthesize literature, and contribute to budget impact models, pharmacoeconomic evaluations, and payer-specific documentation. Travel may be required.

Competenze

• University degree in health services research or related field; Master's is an asset.
• At least 1 year on a Canadian Market Access & Pricing team or similar experience.
• Experience contributing to project teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, organization, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Business-level English; French an asset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings.

Accountabilities:

As an Associate Manager, you will support Canadian Market Access & Pricing projects while taking increasing ownership of defined workstreams, client deliverables, and team development activities.

• Support submissions to CADTH, INESSS, PMPRB, provincial agencies and programs, and private payers.
• Conduct background research, synthesize findings, and critically appraise relevant literature and data sources.
• Contribute to submission components including clinical landscape reviews, clinical summaries, budget impact models and reports, pharmacoeconomic evaluations, payer-specific documentation, forms, and pricing analyses.
• Stay current with CADTH and INESSS submission guidelines and support the preparation of required documentation, templates, and administrative forms.
• Apply specialized knowledge of private payer and provincial submission requirements, including preparing and submitting documentation.
• Prepare draft presentations and slide decks for landscape reviews, HTA submissions, private payers, pCPA discussions, and advisory boards.
• Assist with the development of tools supporting negotiations with the pCPA and Product Listing Agreements (PLAs).
• Lead defined-scope projects such as private payer submissions, provincial copies, biosimilar submissions, and targeted landscape reviews.
• Participate in internal and external presentations and liaise with clients and Canadian payers.
• Participate in client check-in meetings and support project leads with agendas, minutes, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor and analyze Canada's evolving market access and reimbursement landscape and provide relevant updates to clients.
• Contribute to research and publications addressing pharmaceutical policy issues in Canada.
• Mentor and train Associates on submission setup, compilation requirements, and submission processes.
• Demonstrate inclusive behaviors and actively contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will combine strong research and analytical capabilities with an understanding of the Canadian healthcare and market access environment, along with the organization and communication skills needed to manage multiple projects.

• University degree in health services research, public health, epidemiology, economics, pharmacy, or a related field; a Master's degree is an asset.
• At least 1 year of experience on a Canadian Market Access & Pricing team or equivalent experience supporting core market access activities.
• Experience contributing to project teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs, priorities, and business environments.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, conflict-management, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Business-level English proficiency; French reading, writing, and communication skills are an asset.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape, including HTA processes and public and private payers.
• Knowledge of the practical application of pharmacoeconomics in HTA reviews.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry market access experience is an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively while developing increasing independence in project leadership and client-facing responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client, stakeholder, or off-site meetings.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $70,000-$80,000 CAD, with compensation determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
• Full-time position with a standard schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST.
