Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking an Associate Manager for the Next Gen Insights & Analytics team in a hybrid Boston role. You will integrate data sources to build audience insights and support rigorous measurement of program performance.

The role requires analytical thinking, 0–2 years in marketing or analytics, and strong communication skills. Opportunity for growth through development programs and a multi-faceted benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, research, or analytics.
  • 0–2 years in marketing, research, or analytics.
  • Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into insights and storytelling.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Multitask, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day execution of multiple research projects to inform activation strategies and optimize performance.
  • Leverage syndicated and proprietary tools to identify and extract consumer insight and program performance data.
  • Support development of actionable, insight-driven narratives and solutions by synthesizing data from multiple sources.
  • Support business development efforts, including client pitches and responses to RFPs.
  • Monitor Next Gen consumer engagement landscape to inform stakeholders of trends.
  • Collaborate to develop deliverables such as presentations, reporting tools, and supporting materials.

The Next Gen Insights & Analytics team shares this audience-focused perspective to advance our Next Gen consumer expertise.The candidate should be analytically minded and possess the knowledge or have a willingness to learn how to conduct primary consumer research (quantitative and qualitative).
