Job summary

Tumi Holdings Inc is seeking an Associate Manager for our Retail team in the Boca Raton area. You will create a client experience that reflects the brand ethos, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales through outstanding service.

The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets and will help grow client awareness while delivering world-class service and supporting store growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales and KPI metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT, Client Data Capture).
• Display initiative, plan, prioritize, and champion change with strategic thinking.
• Take pride in work and meet deadlines.
• Train and develop: assist with training content, coaching store associates, quarterly goal setting.
• Coaching and feedback: articulate strengths and opportunities, be solution-oriented, foster coaching culture.
• Communication: strong written and verbal skills; adapt communication up, down and across the team.
• Promote business goals and adapt to change; remain calm and deescalate when needed.
• Collaborate effectively with the team.
• Manage personal timecards for payroll accuracy; maintain Tumi University Training; adhere to policies.
• Ensure store visuals follow guidelines; enhance client experience; execute event strategies.

• Retail Store Associates may be eligible to participate in the quarterly sales bonus program. Store bonus payout eligibility is determined by performance to the quarterly sales plan which may be prorated depending on various factors.

Your role at Tumi:

As part of our Retail team, the Associate Manager is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service.

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.

Complete quarterly goalsetting for personal development.
