Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a finance professional to support periodic closes for PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) and prepare materials for quarterly corporate and audit deliverables.

You will consolidate, reconcile, analyze results, and produce Quality of Earnings decks, MD&A schedules, and KPMG deliverables while identifying automation opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
  • CPA certification is required.
  • 4+ years of related experience; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

  • Periodic reporting: consolidate, reconcile, analyze, and report financial results.
  • Prepare/review SAP S/4 to HFM reconciliations; assist data loads and mapping reviews.
  • Quarterly/annual reporting: prepare/ review Quality of Earnings and Close decks.
  • Develop quarterly MD&A and related schedules; review internal/external communications.
  • Prepare KPMG deliverables; support corporate/government reporting (retail sales, volumes, etc.).
  • Assist with new standard implementations; identify automation opportunities in PBNA reporting.

In this role, you will assist with the periodic closes for PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) and the preparation of materials for quarterly Corporate and Audit deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Periodic Reporting
    • Consolidation, reconciliation, analysis and reporting of financial results
    • Preparation and review of SAP S/4 to HFM reconciliations for various business units. Assist with data loads in various systems, and related mapping reviews
  • Quarterly and Annual Reporting
    • Preparation/Review of Quality of Earnings and Close decks
    • Preparation of quarterly MD&A and related schedules
    • Assist with review of quarterly internal/external communications
    • Preparation of KPMG deliverables
    • Corporate and Government Reporting – Estimated Retail Sales, Order of Volumes, Sector Hart-Scott-Rodino Data, Sector Charitable Contributions, etc
  • Off Close/Ad Hoc Activities
    • Assist with new standard implementation, projects, etc
    • Identify areas of opportunity for automation and simplification within PBNA reporting processes.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or similar field
  • 4+ years of related experience
  • CPA required
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Public accounting experience with Big 4 firm strongly preferred
  • S/4 Hana and HFM experience
