You will own key results, use data to uncover opportunities, and partner with Legal, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to scale solutions while balancing fast-moving ambition with compliance. You will analyze complex data, test hypotheses, and communicate insights to leadership.

Dasher & Logistics owns initiatives that touch all parts of the Dasher life cycle ranging from supply & demand, to cost & quality, to Dasher pay, to Dasher retention, to order batching and beyond. We care about metrics like delivery times, cost per order, delivery quality, dasher compensation, and many more!## **About the Role**We are hiring an Associate Manager to help lead strategy and execution for our Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets, the growing set of cities, states, and countries where Dasher pay, benefits, and working conditions are shaped by minimum earnings guarantees, pay transparency requirements, and other logistics specific regulation. You'll own a portfolio of KRs across some of our highest priority business problems by getting into the weeds to understand what's happening on the ground, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, developing and testing hypotheses, and partnering cross-functionally to bring solutions to life at scale. You can crunch data in SQL/excel independently and are comfortable owning ambiguous, fast-moving problems with legal and financial stakes* You actively look for ways AI can make your work better, using tools like Claude or Cursor to move faster from data to decision* You focus on getting stuff done and aren’t afraid to get into the details. No job is beneath you and you lead from the front and with optimism* You love thinking about problems from a first principles approach, and you aren't afraid to take action and try new things in order to create the future, while knowing when to bring in the right partners on higher-stakes decisions* You are able to communicate complex topics in a clear and concise way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization and get alignment* You have experience managing cross-functional workstreams or a strong desire to grow into that responsibility* You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field**Compensation**The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
