Job Title: Associate Manager - Customer Experience

Duration: 4 Months Contract with possible extension

Location: Remote - Work From Home

Payrate: $60.00 per hr on W2

About the Team

We are building the world's most valuable subscription product to attract and retain DoorDash's most loyal customers.

About the Role

This associate manager will report to our DashPass and VIP Experience Lead and lead strategic planning to drive industry-leading customer experience initiatives for our DashPass subscribers and our most loyal and active customers. Responsibilities include reporting on core success metrics, developing strategies to optimize these metrics, and leading cross-functional teams to implement these strategies effectively and timely. This role is ideal for someone aiming to develop a strategic mindset with operational rigor.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategize: Set the direction for DashPass and VIP businesses by identifying key drivers of business growth.
  2. Forecast: Partner with product and analytics teams to set and monitor all critical metrics.
  3. Collaborate: Establish goals for cross-functional teams and lead strategic projects to ensure quarterly success.
  4. Build: Develop strategies for the growth of DoorDash's top customer segments, from high-level planning to operational details.
