Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an Associate Manager, Client Services to lead multi-project engagements and mentor consultants across client teams.

You will manage scope, deliverables and client relationships, ensuring solutions meet regulatory requirements and deliver measurable impact in health care. Travel may be required depending on projects.

***This role requires you to be located either near our Indianapolis office or the Northeast United States - Remote Flexibility.***

The Associate Manager, Client Services role supports AccessGenius, a multiplatform pharmaceutical cost and coverage application, serving as a lead or co-lead analyst on client engagements. The role oversees projects from concept through launch, ensuring solutions meet client needs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements and m anagesthe day-to-day activitiesfor the project(s) assigned.Worksclosely with clients and Executive personnel to continually define the problem and deploy solutions by supporting the team in executing various work streams.Ensurethe engagement stays on track and is focused on delivering valuable insights to the client while also coaching and mentoring analysts and consultants on their team.Utilizeskills through a breadth of challenges delivering long term effect to leaders in the health care sector.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

• Managing project(s)including both internal and external resources in the design,developmentand delivery of client solutions
• Leveraging business experience and acumen inidentifyingstrategic alternatives and project approach to client questions
• Proactively mentoring,coachingand sharing subject matterexpertisewith others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients
• Serving as key point of contact with clients, managing the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid integrity
• Providing follow-up withclientafter project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction
• Developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies andthepharmaceutical market throughon the jobexperience and training
• Providing direction, advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams, through consistent participation in team meetings
• ProactivelyidentifyingBusiness Development opportunities andcoordinatefollow up efforts
• Provides high level input and ensures the development of client records and presentations and delivers all or significant portions of findings to client
• Leading ad hoc work streams on critical people-related issues such as recruitment,learningand development
• Ensures clear communication throughout projects
• Serving as key point of contact with clients
• Ability to travel15-50% of the time depending on project assignment.

Qualifications:Preferred:

• Work Experience:4yearsof Pharmaceuticals,Managed Markets Consultingor Managed Markets agency experiencewith broad based experience in sales, managed care,marketingand/ormanaged careanalytics isrequired.
• Defined experience within Commercial Strategy. Demonstrable experience in the following areas: leadership and influence in sizable and multi-disciplined teams,understanding and assessing client needs, incorporating in deliverables, and ensuring recommendations/results are implemented.
• Experience in developing credible relationships with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Skills:

• Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office Applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. and project management software. Working knowledge of relational database technology and data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Broad understanding of contracts and key business levers in managed markets. Ability to contribute to business development through the identification of leads, development of proposals, knowledge of key issues, current developments, consulting methodologies, tools and techniques in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
