You will transform shopper data into recommendations shaping assortment, pricing, placement, promotions, and merchandising, working across SC Johnson teams and with H-E-B to deliver measurable category leadership outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant business experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in Category Management.

Responsibilities

• Create category leadership solutions to drive profitable sales growth.
• Develop category narratives using data from Circana/Nielsen and POS.
• Synthesize insights into actionable customer recommendations.
• Collaborate with customer and SC Johnson teams to deliver category solutions.
• Engage in annual account planning with sales and cross-functional partners.
• Execute category leadership initiatives with the customer and measure success.
• Monitor and adjust category strategies based on analytics.
