Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a curious, results-driven media professional to support the planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of brand media investments across a portfolio of iconic brands. This role serves as a key partner to Brand Marketing, Media, Analytics, Sales, Creative, and agency teams to help ensure campaigns are executed effectively and deliver against brand and business objectives. The Associate Manager, Brand Media will play an active role in campaign development, agency coordination, media reporting, optimization recommendations, and test-and-learn initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital media channels and campaign fundamentals and is eager to deepen expertise in media strategy, measurement, audience development, and performance marketing. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate campaign data into actionable business recommendations. The position supports media planning, optimization, reporting, and cross-functional execution while building expertise across the broader media ecosystem.
