Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in related field; three years in fundraising or program management.
• Three years of relevant experience in fundraising or program management.
• Experience building donor and engagement acquisition strategies.
• Experience with healthcare philanthropy and grateful patient fundraising.
• Proficiency in Excel and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the Scarlet & Gray Success portfolio and related programs.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, and coach staff; manage performance and development.
• Coordinate with the Director to align priorities across the engagement ecosystem and ensure consistent execution.
