THE·TEAM is seeking an Associate Manager, Accounts to join a growing team focused on college and youth marketing. You will contribute from strategy to execution across client programs and ambassador initiatives.
You will collaborate with Client Services and University Relations, supervise ambassador training, and help deliver on-site activations while traveling as needed.

Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business, marketing goals, and program objectives
Partnerwith teammembersfromNext Gen’s Client Services and University Relations teamsforthedevelopment and execution of client programs
Serve as the primaryNext Gencontact for ambassadors, overseeing their training and coachingin support of program objectives
Support daily workflow of client projects to ensuretimely, economic program execution
Assistin development ofclient-facing reports by gathering qualitative and quantitative program data
Willing to travel and work at on-site activations
Participate in agency brainstorms to help develop new, creative ways to engage Next Gen consumers
Contribute to agency culture by activelyparticipatingin building positive internal relationships andmaintainingenthusiasm toward day-to-day tasks and agency passion points
Perform other duties, as assigned
Bachelor’sdegree in marketing, communications,businessor a related field
0-2years of related work experience, ideally with exposure to events and experiential marketing
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with eagerness tolearn and growin a high energy environment
Values and respects the importance of organization and time managementfor effective multitasking
Customer-service focuswithoutstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
Creative thinker that is willing to travel ‘outside of the box’ for the right solution(s)
Self-motivated with proven ability to think quickly and problem solve
Innate curiosity and awareness of next generation trends and behaviors
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience working with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (Asana, SharePoint, Workday, etc.) a plus

Base salary range: $50,000-$55,000.
