TUMI Park Meadows in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an Associate Manager to deliver a world‑class client experience and drive sales in a luxury retail setting. You will nurture client relationships, coach team members, and ensure the store meets its KPI targets while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate has luxury retail experience, strong sales performance, and a passion for fashion and travel lifestyle markets. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI goals (conversion, DPT, UPT, data capture).
• Provide leadership and initiative; plan, prioritize, and drive change.
• Coach and develop store colleagues; support training and quarterly goal setting.
• Maintain ethical conduct and clear communication with team and customers.
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and client experience standards.
